I can get the part to crop, but that i all (how do I crop it) And when I export the image to png, and open it in "fast stone viewer I cannot see the image, what am I doing wrong here." firstdefence
Are you trying to crop to the shape size? There are a few methods, 1. You can use the ArtboardTool to create an artboard based on a selection, and you can export based on a selection, the latter is the easiest. Select the object and go to File > Export... On the Export window select PNG and From the Area: dropdown menu select: Selection with a background or selection without a background Then click Export. On a side note, you can delete that rectangle, it’s not needed and if you want the arc to be a smooth arc watch the small video clip below. To get the nodes to show select the node tool (A) 2020-04-23_07-04-21.mp4 Quote iMac 27" 2019 Somona 14.3.1, iMac 27" Affinity Designer, Photo & Publisher V1 & V2, Adobe, Inkscape, Vectorstyler, Blender, C4D, Sketchup + more... Pretty sure that is an indication of the point (node) snapping to another node.
