ManiMe Posted April 22, 2020 Share Posted April 22, 2020 I know it's a big ask, and not taken lightly. But maybe we could use this thread as a rough poll to gauge community interest. First off, there is NO OTHER application suite that does what affinity does, in streamlining the visual design workflow into a seamless unified environments. Second, I'm so brand new to using Afinity. I've been a web developer and designer for many years. Really excited about this whole suite and new way of working. Third, adding a persona that provides a timeline for handling the animation of objects created in other personas, seems like an obvious and (from UX perspective) straightforward use of personas. Lastly, there's sooooo much we could accomplish with such a persona: Text overlays and visual effects (lighting, fire, ect) for use in video easy creation of video game characters and sprite sheets animated icons, stickers, and the like for mobile messaging awesomest gifs evvvvrrrrr! export for CSS or Javascript powered web animations so much more... pees Posted April 23, 2020 Share Posted April 23, 2020 Here is few requests for animation features, and I'm happy join to these. Even simple timeline animation frame after frame will be helpful and help omit exporting to other apps, it save a lot of time and bring new users to affinity.
