A font doesn't show all the styles

The very first font style I download (for example "FilsonProBold") I get an install option. I don't get the "there is already a version installed" notice.

But, after the first one, it's like they are seeing "FilsonProBold" the same as "FilsonProBook" and "FilsonProLight" etc...

Those are not the names in the fonts you linked to above - which are not broken.

Those are the names in one of the very broken versions I mentioned above that are also out there (which should be deleted and never used).

I wonder whether that link to a free download is legit. Filson Pro seems to be a commercial typeface, and not exactly inexpensive!

Yes, that’s the page that @RaeH linked to originally, which I find hard to reconcile with this:

I think this font isn't free nor free for personal use. The font family is listed on myfonts https://www.myfonts.com/de/collections/filson-pro-font-mostardesign and some other font stocks

Yes, it's almost appearing that way... I'm able to download one at a time, but not all styles. So, perhaps that is a limitation with the 'free' version.
I am waiting to hear back from my client regarding how they got the font.

I was able to download all the font variations in one operation, from the link you provided. I just clicked the "Download font for free" button and got a .zip with all of them.

Edit: But I agree that having them on that site seems suspicious.

Okay....I think I just solved it, but seems almost like a flook, or a bit silly. 🤷‍♀️

I have been able to also download the fonts as a zip file, but then when uploading to my device I would click on each OTF file one by one.

THIS time, I decided to drag and drop them into my Font Book, instead of clicking on each one.
The first time I did this, I got the notice that it was a duplicate font, but then I tried it a second time and it worked. I have all 16 font styles and can use multiple variations at one time.

It almost seemed like dragging them all at once, vs. clicking on the few I needed seemed to solve it. I'm not 100% clear on why, other than it was done simultaneously rather than one by one?

Thank you ALL - for speaking up and sharing your insight regarding this situation. I think we should be good now! A bit of an odd situation...but it has been solved.
