Dmerner23
Created this flag style logo on design on iPad. How do I make it look like it’s moving or give it ripped texture thanks in advance
Alfred
Take a look at this thread: Edit: I see that you wrote “on design” on iPad. If by that you meant “in (Affinity) Designer” then I’m afraid it can’t be done, since Designer lacks Photo’s ‘Filters’ feature. Dmerner23
Yes it’s affinity design on iPad I don’t think it has that function so can I load it to affinity photo as jpeg and manipulate it that way? (All done on iPad I don’t own a computer lol)
John Rostron
Yes, you need to import a rasterised image into Affinity Photo. On an iPad, I believe that you need to open an .afmacros library file. (The iPad won't recognize single .afmacro files.) The original link above does did provide an .afmacros file, but I have now uploaded one. Or does it matter It shouldn’t matter much, but since JPEG is lossy it might be better if you export to PNG or TIFF. Dmerner23
Thank you so much for help. I appreciate it. Question for you. Do you know if you can rip or shred parts of it so it looks like it is torn? I’m barley learning Affinity Design lol I haven’t played much on Affinity Photo. Newbie to digital art. (Purchased both apps to learn during stay at home order because of virus. Never done any digital art until now. Taking skill share classes as we speak)
John Rostron
Adding tears to a flag would be a lot more fiddly than simple waves, but it probably could be done.
