can’t save file to jpeg

please help!! i can’t save my 4m x 1m file to jpeg

when i create the file with size 10cm x 5cm, this file can easily save to png, jpeg, or another file

but if i create a large size of file, i can save to PNG or ect but if i save to jpeg, after a long loading, the file back to 0.00 KB and no file can be save

if i choose png and after the long loading(180MB), i choose share - save image, no image save to my gallery

please help!!

Welcome to the forums. 

I suspect your document DPI is 300. Why do you need a 300DPI document when it's 4m x 1m? At that DPI, your document size is enormous: 47244×11811, which is 558megapixels. Our iPad app can only export at a maximum size of 32768px. I suggest you set your document DPI to 72 (or even 144 if you must) and you should be fine

However, it should not produce a 0.00bytes file. Issue logged.
