recepgulgun
I'm a beginner and I have a question. As shown in the picture in the appendix, I try to make a pie chart with text in the pie slices. Each pie slice should have two-line text. And of course I would like every text right in the middle of the pair. Both horizontally and vertically.I think I have to make a new circle path for every line of text and I don't know how to calibrate the middle.Perhaps there is a way to do this more practically and efficiently. Can anyone help me with this please? thank you in advance
G13RL
There may be a better method than this... I used the pie tool, put the shape in color and I duplicated it and turned the copy into a text path. With the text tool set to "Align Center" I typed the text and set its baseline. I then duplicated the shape, reduced its height and repeated the operations for the text. recepgulgun
GarryP
You can also put text on a Donut. It’s not easy to get the placements correct but it’s another option. GarryP
Nice. As with G13RL above, thanks for showing us what you have done. It’s rare that we get to see what people have created following our advice. I’m glad we were able to help.
