Restored picture edited and developed by Affinity Photo too dark

Dear Gabe,

  1. I am using the latest release version - 1.8.3
  2. I can reproduce it. It happens with all edited pictures.
  3. With new documents it is no problem, since I don't open them from Apple Photo plug-in.
  4. See enclosed files in my earlier post.
  •    My operating system and version: OSX Catalina 10.15.4 ( I use Olympus ORF RAW files)
  •    What happened for you (and what you expected to happen): that the photo I worked on in Affinity Photo would look the same when I saved the edited photo back to Apple Photo
  •    Provide a recipe for creating the problem (step-by-step what you did): I used normal procedure: in Apple photo I opened the Affinity Photo plug-in, edited in Affinity Photo and closed the edited photo in Affinity Photo, back to Apple Photo to save changes.
  •    Screenshots (very handy) or a screen capture/video.
  •    Any unusual hardware (like tablets or external monitors or drives that may affect things) or relevant other applications like font managers or display managers: no
  •    Did this same thing used to work and if so have you changed anything recently? (software or hardware): Affinity Photo worked in the past, but since a few months it is very unpredictable with the Apple Photo plug-in. Most of the time (90%) the edited photo's in Affinity Photo can not be saved in Apple Photo again.
