visibletime
When I create a new panorama with images, each with a resolution of 300 dpi or higher - the resulting pano image is always created with a dpi of 96. In itself this is not a problem I can reset it without resampling - however unless I remember to reset the dpi to the original, my images are saved at 96dpi. When supplying this to others to use for print etc they often do not check! Is there a reason for the 96 dpi setting or is it a bug? I want to keep the original resolution setting ... Am I missing something? Thanks
Staff Lee D Posted April 26, 2020 Staff Share Posted April 26, 2020 The app defaults to 96 dpi for a number of things, and there isn't a way to change this default, it's just the way it's designed.
visibletime
Thanks for the response. I feared it might be the case. I will just have to be attentive - I would like to think it might be possible in the future to retain the dpi of the original files used for Panoramas...
