Certain options in the color picker don't work

I just created a new project (newest Designer version), created a pixel layer and used the fill tool. Then the following happened:

Thanks for letting us know! I've reproduced this and will get it passed on to development.

I should also add that the Tool you're using is the Fill Tool designed to be used primarily with vector objects, and not pixel layers.
