Michelle Shorthouse Posted April 19, 2020 Posted April 19, 2020 I am a Macbook air user and I have saved the logo I have created to my desktop to upload to my facebook page. I can still open the saved file but when I go to upload via facebook, I am unable to attach the file as it is greyed out. Can you help at all?
GarryP Posted April 19, 2020 Posted April 19, 2020 Welcome to the forums. Did you export the document to a format that Facebook can recognise? (JPG/PNG/etc.)
Michelle Shorthouse Posted April 19, 2020 Author Posted April 19, 2020 Hi Garry, I am very new to this, actually my first serious day using this and trying to set up a new facebook page. It seems a very rookie error, I didn't realise it needed to be Jpeg! Thank you for your help
GarryP Posted April 19, 2020 Posted April 19, 2020 You’re welcome. Facebook can probably handle other image formats – JPG and PNG are widely accepted, GIF and TIF maybe less so – but probably not the native Affinity files, AFPHOTO, AFDESIGN and AFPUB.
