AndyS
I publish a village newsletter with 32 pages and hundreds of frames. PLEASE add a way to find & jump to overflowing text frames - at the moment it can take me 30 minutes to highlight every frame on every page in turn looking for the overflow 😞
Old Bruce
Turn on View > Show Text Flow. Then zoom out, so you can see all the pages, or half. You'll see little red dots when there is overflowing text. Note you must select a text frame for this to be visible. No overflow. Overflow. What you want is available in the Preflight panel too, just double click on the overflowing text notice and boom you are there. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

Was just going to check Publisher to see if Preflight would work with it. I assumed it would. Works just as it does in Indesign, nice and simple.
