Welcome to the forums.
If the text is still a text layer and has not been rasterised, select the text layer and use the Colour Panel or Swatches Panel to select a new Fill colour.
Or you can use the Gradient Tool to give it a gradient similar to your other shapes. And there are other options too.
There is plenty of information about this in the Help.

That’s okay. None of us were born with knowledge of this sort of thing. I’m still learning myself.
Can you supply either your document or a screen gab showing the whole screen including the Layers Panel and, within that, the layer you want to work with? This could be many things, each with a different process, but we need to know what we are working with first.

Since you have a raster layer – the layer has a “(Pixel)” label – the process will be a bit more complicated than if you had a text layer or a vector layer.
How did you get the raster layer? Did you create it or were you given it?

Either way, to change the colour of the text in this specific case there are a number of possible ways but here’s one:
* Go to the Pixel Persona;
* Select the Selection Brush Tool;
* Change the size of the brush to small;
* brush over the text;
* add a Recolour Adjustment;
* change the colour of the adjustment.
(See attached video.)

As I said earlier, there are plenty of other ways and some are better on different images than this one. Maybe someone else will give another solution.
