Nicolas Hosford
Hey gang! I am trying to get Skylum's Luminar 4 photoshop plugin to work in Luminar. I installed PS, installed Luminar and the plugin is in the PS folder. I added the folder into my Affinity Photo plugin folder. It says the status is "Unknown" Can anybody help? Thanks and cheers, Nick Preferences screen shot
walt.farrell
"Unknown" is not necessarily a sign of an error. Have you actually tried to use the plugins? Was there a problem? Nicolas Hosford
I forgot to select a layer. Now it opened. Now I have this little box, but where do I access the plugin controls? Please forgive my newness, and I greatly thank you for your help!
walt.farrell
Glad you've made progress. Sorry, I can't help with that problem, but perhaps another user or one of the Serif Staff will know. If possible could you provide a screen recording demonstrating you trying to use the plugin? Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP. Andy05
Might be worth a try: Check, if the plugin opened a window in the background. That happened to a plugin I tested with Affinity Photo. APhoto stayed in front, hence I didn't notice the plugin's windows at first. Quote »A designer's job is to improve the general quality of life.
