I got this 2 transparent png letters.  How do you make favicons and logos with this using two letters initials like for me my it will be the initial JT.  Do I resize the letters first or do I resize the final image?  What are the documents sizes?  The best way to export? File format?  Any ideas?

Hi Juan,

I'm not sure if I have understood your question correctly please could you provide an example of the resources you are working with?

Thanks

For favicon sizes see for example this here. - Create a rect document with transparent background and place/size/arrange your desired letters on that rect. When exporting, scale down and export the whole doc as a PNG file with transparency in the desired size (16x16 px or 32x32 px).  Logos do and can vary in size and resolution here, thus depending more on what they will be used for (web, or printed media etc.).

If it's setup in your document that way (with a transparent background) or you use transparent areas inside, it will usually be exported that way for a PNG file. - Other than that, under the PNG export panel when using the "more" option you can see and adjust the background for the export, aka no color (transparent) or some color.
