You said (a ways back) that he could have downloaded from the MS Store without buying. I asked if you were sure tbat was possible, because when I go to that Store I only see options to Buy, not to download. And implying that the OP also would not have been able to download without buying from them. You responded to that (asking, apparently, me a question). And I responded to your response. But none of this side discussion helps the OP, I'm afraid. No, I never wrote that. I never wrote, that OP wanted to install from MS without paying. I just asked where you read the information, that OP really did not paying on MS (maybe even by mistake). 16 minutes ago, walt.farrell said: But none of this side discussion helps the OP, I'm afraid. I agree. Therefore, I do not understand, why you need to answer questions addressed to OP! minoru
Hello. I seem to have same issue. I downloaded and installed Affinity Designer Version 1.8.3. for the first time. No error occurred and setup-complete window appeared, but I wasn't required e-mail and product key during the installation. (It says "Setup completed successfully.") Of course, I can't use the application . (no request of email and product key.) I downloaded, installed/uninstalled and restarted several times, and all results are the same. I checked FAQ and other posts in this forum, but I couldn't find solutions. for your information: windows10, .NET and graphics driver version are latest. DirectX 12 Install directory is the default. I purchased from Affinity store and downloaded from my account. no crash reports Edited April 15, 2020 by minoru language
Michael W.
It still hasn't worked. Also, why is there only a set number of posts you can make in a day? I'm trying to figure out how to launch the apps and use the hey code but I couldn't get any more help yesterday since I used up my posts.... I'm wondering if deleting it or permanently erasing them and re-downloading them might work. Any thoughts? If that doesn't work then I guess I will have to get my money back

I don't know if the number of posts is somehow limited, perhaps as a protection against spam, but a good way is to edit posts if you want to add some information, and not create more posts. Why don't answer to Mark question?
