photoshopman1972
I'm reporting a consistant crash with Affinity Designer for Mac version 1.8.3 on a MacBook Pro running the latest patched version of High Sierra 10.13.6. The crash occurs when using the vector brush with this configuration. At first when I was using this tool with some artwork, I was using a Wacom Intuos 5 tablet to assist with the brush. Researching the issue, I saw that supposedly the tablet was the issue. So I updated the drivers but quit using the tablet and went back to using the Magic Mouse. Fast forward a day or so and I was working on the artwork using the same tool using the mouse and it crashed once more. I restarted the program and was able to work a bit more but it will still crash with no warning. Just drawing with the tool and poof! Nothing! So this issue with the program is still not resolved. Staff Sean P Posted April 22, 2020 Staff Share Posted April 22, 2020 Hi photoshopman1972, Are you able to reproduce this reliably? If so could you attach a video showing the steps you're taking (from a new run up) to reproduce it please? Also when it crashes do you get the crash report dialog appear? If so could you attach a copy of the crash log that appears please? Thanks
Llorenç
Hello, I'm experiencing the same situation, using an imac 2019 and wacom cintiq pro 32". Did you ever find a solution?
