Luketaney
Hi guys, I seem to encounter this cursor issue whereby after applying certain adjustments and filters to the photo, I am then unable to use any any of the toolbar features like Paint Brush Tool or Crop Tool, even after selecting them.. the cursor just stays on the View Tool. You can view from the video on the lowest left hand corner, when i selected the paint brush tool, the explanation of the tool function doesn't change as well. The question is why does this happen to some of my photos and not the others? I couldn't figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Staff Chris B Posted April 13, 2020 Staff Share Posted April 13, 2020 Hey Luketaney, The only known instance where you can get the View Tool to stick is if you pan using the Spacebar and it looks like you may have been doing that from the video. I'll need to feed this back to the developers. Quote How to format a bug report | Learning Resources | List of V2 FAQs | YouTube Tutorials
Staff MEB Posted April 14, 2020 Staff Share Posted April 14, 2020 Hey Luketaney, As Chris said there's a known issue that leaves the cursor/tool (hand cursor) stuck when using the shortcut to zoom out (space + alt) if you release the space key first. Do you use this shortcut? If so pressing space once (when the cursor gets stuck) should un-stuck/release the cursor/tool. I've bumped the original report to bring this to devs attention again.
