claireruocco Posted April 10, 2020 Share Posted April 10, 2020 My app keeps freezing and crashing very frequently (every couple of minutes) causing all my work that I just did to get deleted. I'm very sorry to hear of the problems you're having in Affinity but we will require some further information to investigate this. Could you please confirm for me: What iPad model and version of iOS are you running? Which Affinity app, and what version do you have installed? Are you experiencing a replicable crash, or are the crashes seemingly random? (ie the same 4 steps each time cause the app to crash) Does this crash happen in any document, or only specific documents? Could you please provide a description of the crashing you're experiencing, alongside any other information you may feel is pertinent below. Many thanks in advance! Hey there, I have the Same Problem.. I have an IPad Pro 12,9“ 3rd Generation with iOS 13.4. Itˋs Affinity Photo, the newest Version. The crashes happen randomly, not at opening, not at closing the file but in Progress. The app also doesn’t save my files most of the times.
