LilD
Hi I'm very new to affininty photo so please excuse basic questions. i'm trying to establish the focusing pooint on my CR3 files taken with a Canon RP mirrorless camera. All I'm seeing so far is a single green outlined square bang in the centre of the image. Any help appreciated. David
Staff Lee D Posted April 16, 2020 Staff Share Posted April 16, 2020 That green square indicates where the focal point was when the image was taken, according to the data stored within the .CR3 file. If no data is available the focal point option should be greyed out.
IanSG
If you use a cr2 file, the focus point array is shown, but with only the central focus point selected. If you use a cr3 file you just see one green square - there's no array. Quote AP, AD & APub user, running Win10
