No. Provided you are logged into App Store using the same Apple ID used to purchase the app. you will not be charged. The app will appear with a cloud symbol next to it and no price shown. 🙂

Was afraid to uninstall it because i might lose my subscription.

No, that doesn't happen. In fact you can log in to your Apple account on another iPad and download on that iPad. As long as you are using the Apple account through which the purchase was made. Useful if you have more than one iPad.

Got the app fixed already. Lost all my files though. I did save file in the ipad, i thought that was enough. It wasn’t. Its gone together with the app. I just thought it was internally saved and independent already from the app. It wasn’t. I should have saved it to cloud instead i think. Oh well esson learned. Thanks for the info guys. Much appreciated.

Hi @Dhe Barria,

Did that fix the issue?

Yeah it did. Be careful though when uninstalling the app. Save your .photo files from the ipad to cloud or external storage. I lost my files even though i made a save file in the ipad internal storage.

Sorry to here that, should have warned you. When deleting app, iPad deletes the Affinity Photo/Design folder. This is default local save location. I use Documents by Readdle and set up my own folders and save the affinity files there instead. No risk of losing them.
