KyN Posted April 8, 2020 Posted April 8, 2020 I tried to purchase Affinity Photo a few minutes ago. My bank declined the charge since it was an unusual purchase. After clearing up the decline, I was charged for the program but received no update from the website that I purchased it. There are no purchases that showed up in my order history but there is a 24.99 charge that is processing in my bank account. Help would be much appreciated. Quote

From what I've seen in similar situations, it would be best for you to email affinity@serif.com to take care of this. Note, though, that it is after their normal business hours so you may not get a response until tomorrow, at the earliest. And given their workload, I can't say how quickly they'll respond.
