I take it you mean Affinity Publisher, if so that app is going to based around page layout, brochures etc. In Designer you can create web mock ups, but nothing like web plus. There has been interest from others on this forum reading something similar for Mac. As far as i'm aware once they finish Publisher they will consider their next move.
