danyan Posted April 7, 2020 Posted April 7, 2020 I recently got affinity Designer/Photo/Publisher extended trial version. I have been mostly using Designer, but I had also tried Photo for at least a couple of days without experiencing crashes. Anyhow, I decided to buy them. Then the update came. I am not sure if that is the cause, but now affinity photo becomes unresponsive on each and every session, without any recognizable pattern. It doesn't even go in not responsive mode, but everything stops working and I can't do anything but force closing it from the task manager, as even pressing on the close button doesn't work. Luckily the recovery files seems to be working quite well, but it's really frustrating. Am I the only one who experience this? I am almost thinking to ask for a refund since I'm still within the 14 days Quote

Marcio Posted April 9, 2020 Posted April 9, 2020 Baxei ou programa para avaliação extendida, instalei ou programa normalmente. Agora, quando você abrir o programa, ele aparecerá uma mensagem de erro e será fechada automaticamente. Alguém está passando por esse problema? Quote
