LeoC Posted April 7, 2020 Share Posted April 7, 2020 Since the upgrade of Mac OS to Catalina 10.15.4, the ronding corner tool in Designer 1.8.3 does not work anymore like it should. In a complete design, the first corner can be rounded but the next one makes the program stop in an alternative of the wel known "not responding" that we know from the Windows platform. When a make the same square in a different and empty document, the tools works but only on three of four corners, the fourth corner can not be activated when in round corner mode, in other modes it can be activated. Aammppaa Posted April 7, 2020 Share Posted April 7, 2020 The bottom left corner in your file is a Smooth node, so is already curved (zoom in really close and you will see it) - therefore it can't have the Corner tool applied. If you convert it to a Sharp node (by Alt + Click on the two curve handles to delete them) then the curve tool works as expected. I guess the real question is how you made the square which resulted in a Smooth node at that corner?
