How to make good quality picture look like low quality picture. (Sample picture)
Any filter?
I try to add Noise. It do not work.

Welcome to the forum pangloy, never had a request to have a low quality image but what about exporting as a jpeg with a low quality setting then open the exported jpeg in Affinity again?

Or do you mean like an old picture?

Two suggestions:

Add a judicious amount of blur (Gaussian or otherwise).

Resize the document down, then resize it up again. You would need to experiment with the resize ratio and with the resizing algorithm.
