Hi

I am using Publisher for the first time, and have tried to change persona .  It comes up with the box, as shown in attachments.  I have looked at the forum, and followed the steps shown about making sure that each Affinity programme is up-to-date.  I then restarted my laptop, but it still comes up with the same box.  Sorry, I'm not very tech savvy, but I hope that someone can help me.  I do have all 3 of the Affinity products.

Many thanks,

Debbie

Same version as APublisher?

Run first APhoto and ADesigner, and then run APublisher?

If you want to get a relevant answer to your question, it's a good idea to place the question in the correct Questions forum (not Tutorials), and use a meaningful post name to tell other forum users the topic of your post (as required in the forum rules).

Hi @Jumblemania :)

It looks as though your Publisher has updated (likely to the newest version 1.8.3) and Photo and Designer have yet to be updated. Could you please open each of the other Affinity Apps and update these as you normally would, then try using StudioLink again?

Many thanks in advance!

Please note -

I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time.

Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible.

Many thanks!
