Can't export to PDF since upgrade to Publisher 1.8.2

Recommended Posts

I have been working on a catalog in Publisher and exporting it to a PDF file without problems until today when I upgraded to version 1.8.2. When I try to export to PDF now no matter what I do I keep on getting the message " An error occurred while exporting to: (drive and file name).

Never had this problem before, I'm running Windows 10 with latest updates. The file I'm trying to export is 6.8GB as a *.afpub.

Please let me know what can be done to fix this.

I sent the requested file ( PDFlib.txt ) weeks ago and have not heard from anyone as to whether the problem is just mine or it's a real problem with Publisher V 1.8.3  or that anyone actually did receive the file.

In case the file never got you the support people I've included it again.

From that log file, it looks like there's a problem with one of the images in the PDF. What I see (though I'm not an expert) is an error message saying:

Quote

"ICC profile for image file 'C:\Users\4nsan\AppData\Local\Temp\PdfIm_1486.jpg' doesn't match image data"

and the ICC profile it seems to be trying to use is: /Serif/profile/Coated FOGRA39 (ISO 12647-2:2004)

I don't know if that will help you figure out what's going on.
