Hi everyone, searched through forum and check FAQs, but was not able to find any information on such an issue.

So I am trying to run installer (1.8.2, and also tried older versions) from the C:\Users\username\Downloads folder, but can't see any windows or errors.

Attaching my setup logs. Looks like something wrong with the .Net Framework. I currently have version 4.8 installed.

My apologies, looks like I have .Net Framework pending updates. My bad I haven't checked that first. Anyways, that resolved the issue. If it's possible, moderators, please remove the thread. Thanks.
