Export as svg with hyperlink

Hello,
my aim is:
a circle with a word in it and this word has a hyperlink.
I would like to export this as a svg.file and embed it in an html.file.

Unfortunately the hyperlink does not work, or the hyperlink is not present in the code.

Is this possible with A-Publisher ?

Our apps don't have the option to include hyperlinks on the SVG export. The hyperlink option in Publisher is more aimed at PDF export requirements.

I converted my Publisher PDF with hyperlinks with
this tool https://www.qoppa.com/pdfhtml/demo/html5-pdf-viewer-live-demo/ 

The free online Demo worked fine for me.
