Craig74 Posted March 31, 2020 Share Posted March 31, 2020 Dear Sirs, I have a similar problem whereby every time i delete a master slide the whole programme crashes and freezes! The only action then is to forcefully use task manager to close AP? I noticed in the internet this was a problem in previous years so i'm not sure why Affinity has not resolved the issue in all the updates! DJ! Posted March 31, 2020 Share Posted March 31, 2020 I am having the same problem on Windows 10 with the current version of Affinity Publisher (1.8.2.620). My document is about 250 pages long and came in as a PDF import. I have been working on the document for the past several months. When I go to deleted a master page, the program freezes. BR Craig In addition to the initial reply, i have uploaded one document as requested. As DJ also mentioned, when deleting a master, I can only use windows task manager. When the initial problem started, i thought it was my fault as i had pages using that particular master so deleted those pages accordingly and then proceeded to delete the master but unfortunately it made no difference. Tony Cotterill Posted April 1, 2020 Share Posted April 1, 2020 I am also getting a similar problem. Quite consistently with Publisher 1.8.2 on Windows 10.
