Alex_M
Currently, applying a macro changes the current tool to View Tool [H]. Is there a particular reason for this? I think it would be better if the tool I was using didn't change after I apply a macro. I think it's unnecessary and confusing. walt.farrell
Often, over the course of running a macro, the tool will be changed, possibly multiple times. What makes the tool you were using before the macro any more reasonable to end up with than the last tool the macro used? Perhaps, to avoid that possibility of confusion, or for safety, Serif decided to switch to the safe tool that can't do any damage if you accidentally click somewhere after the maccro is completed. carl123
If you don't want the tool to change then running the macro from the macro panel (not the Library panel) tends to keep the last used tool Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum.
