Kati Posted March 30, 2020 Share Posted March 30, 2020 (edited) Hey there, So I cannot cannot open my PSD files...I’m using the (updated) IPad 2018 and the newest Version of Affinity. I want to import them from my iPad ( not cloud, Dropbox etc) . (The psd files are mockups with multiple layers.) The thumbnails are fainted so I can’t even click on them.. can anyone help me please ? I suggest you copy one of the files to cloud storage to test if the file will import from there. Another way to open files is to use drag and drop. Open Affinity to Project screen. Drag Files app up from bottom of screen and let it open. Navigate to psd file and drag it across to project screen. You should see a green + sign. Let go and the file should open.
