But my printer's firmware is the latest version but this printer is not the latest one so maybe this is the issue but I can not confirm it now... Wow I’m sorry to hear that but as for this you’ve solved the problems so good for you actually.😄 Technology is wonderful but we have to keep updating all gadgets including apps.
