Is it possible to break a jpg image to vectors? How is it possible? Thank you. This feature is available on Gravit Designer. I had Gravit Designer Pro and I used it to vectorize raster images. I'd vectorize it (under the Modify menu), ungroup it, then split the paths, remove the background then export as an SVG to open it on Affinity Designer! The only thing is I don't know if it is available on the free version, but I guess you can try, you've got nothing to lose.
