How can i export files from Affinity Publisher to InDesign?

As PDF, SVG, or EPS should work. PDF would probably be best

It is a publication with several pages, which will be printed in the printing house. Which PDF setting in Affinity Publisher would you recommend? It's about the best possible compatibility with InDesign.

Sorry; I'll have to defer to someone else for that answer, @Designer1.

It depend of your settings in ID. I use the same settings (colour profile, for example), in APub and ID if I need to import a PDF made with APub in ID.
