Vitaly Ne...
Hello. I go to the forum "https://forum.affinity.serif.com/" normally and without problems. (screen with green) but when I try to go into the office on "https://store.serif.com/ru/" with the same mail and password - does it give an error? (screen with red) Do I need to buy a program first? Or can I enter before purchase? Thanks. p.s. P.s. Does my mail ********@mail.ru have restrictions? Do I need to get mail on @ gmail.com or some other email service? walt.farrell
Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, @Vitaly Ne.... Accounts for the forum and for the store are completely separate. You will not have an account at the store until you purchase something from the store, or download some of the free content from the Welcome Screen in one of the Affinity applications if you purchased it elsewhere. Thanks. Tell me, please, again - can I download the trial for 90 days with the same email address and password? or do you need to get a new mail address for the trial and subsequent purchase? Yes, you can use the same email to sign up for the trial. And the same password if you want. But you will start by clicking on the Free Trial link in the store, without signing in to the store first.
