Hello,

I have been slowly switching from Photoshop and Affinity photo and my question is about editing items that I scan in.

I scan my drawings at 600 - 1200 dpi and it seems that Affinity limits you to 400... huge change in quality, especially for image editing.

Working with images that are going to be printed is a big thing for me and looking to settle for anything less than 1200 dpi for linework would be a huge setback.

Is there plans for for Affinity to be able to handle high resolution? I am not talking large higher pixel count at lower dpi...but actual reading to print files.

Suggestions?

Thank you

Although the drop-down list may stop at 400, you should be able to type whatever value of DPI you wish into the relevant box.

@chaletart, you may find my set of macros to change DPI useful. I have now extended them to include higher DPI values.
