One possible way would be to select the red colour, adjust the tolerance and then create a new layer and give the selection a yellow filling, then choose colour as a blend mode or maybe soft light.

 

Or you can make the selection of the red colour and create a mask from it and make an HSL adjustment in this mask.

 

Or you could use the colour replacement brush, make your foreground colour yellow and paint over the red of the bike, but I never use this option because I find it not precise enough or one has to take several attempts.

 

In both ways the area outside the selection has to be turned into BW.
