KeithW
Confronted with an option to update my 90 day trial Designer app, it seems I can't use the same Key. I'll revert back to installing the original software.
walt.farrell
If you have a Continue Trial option you can probably just use that. Staff DWright Posted March 22, 2020 Staff Share Posted March 22, 2020 Hi @KeithW, once you have entered the trial key the next time you start the app please click the Continue Trial option as you do not need to enter the product key again
KeithW
Thanks for that. I've I feeling I may have somehow lost the 90 day free trial! Likely I will like it enough to purchase anyway. Do like and very comfortable using InDesign and Photoshop CS5 but really peeved about having to/being forced to upgrade to the CC subscription which has kept me back from updated my MAC OS. Grrr. So, in your earlier post you said you were confronted with an option to upgrade. What did it say, exactly? Can you show us a screenshot of what you get when you start the application? KeithW
Can't remember the exact wording, but it something like 'there is a later version available' or 'the there is an update available'. Here are the three screenshots, which confirm my worries about not having the full 90-days were unfounded! I must admit, I was a tad confused when starting the apps up a second time thinking I should click 'Unlock with Product Key' and not the 'Continue Trial' - silly me. It'll be a learning curve... All's well now. walt.farrell
