terentyev
I’m running Designer 1.8.2 A few days ago I noticed that subdivision lines in the grids of all my files disappeared. How can this be explained?
Gear maker
FYI I ran into this on 1.8.0.5 yesterday. It was working fine in 1.7.3 Quote iMac (27-inch, Late 2009) with macOS Sierra
Staff Sean P Posted March 20, 2020 Staff Share Posted March 20, 2020 Hi guys, Unfortunately there is an issue when displaying grids at quite a small value. It is logged with development however and I'll get it passed on to development. Switching 'Display:' to 'Metal' in Preferences > User Interface should alleviate the issue you're seeing, however you may find that extreme zoom levels will cause it to disappear. However in most cases this should be usable.

My setup is too old (as is the operator) to use Metal. Thanks for your help. Quote iMac (27-inch, Late 2009) with macOS Sierra

If you know that in the future updates they will fix the issue, please, write a line here. Thank you!
