Thank you Ash

I forwarded this offer to my photography group. As we are being advised to stay home then we do not need to spend money on gasoline and therefore your amazing offer is very welcome at this troubling time

Cheers

Colin

Thanks, I have been able to show your help to some creatives I know.

And yes, if you might need some help, let’s see if we can lend a hand.

Best regards!

I have purchased both Photo and Design but decided to take up offer of 90 day trial for Publisher. Just opened and it only says 10 days left? Is this correct?

It seems to me that you folks are extending your services far beyond what could be expected.  I hope that the staff will continue to have good health and return to normal quickly.

Hi @Ash.  Just wanted you to know that I was contacted today by the Wall Street Journal to ask how I was coping with working at home with the COVID-19 quarantine, and I decided to let them know about Serif's extraordinarily generous reaction.   I took the liberty of quoting your first five paragraphs and explicitly stated that I had absolutely no financial involvement at all, and that I already have all three desktop apps.   Hope they contact you.  When the world is struggling with a major mess, it is good if one nation learns what those in another are doing to make things better.

Attached is what I wrote.

Do you want us to buy from you or the Apple Store? I only need Photo and its $24.99 using Apple.

Thanks

It's $24.99 from us as well right? Think its well documented that Apple take 30% commission on sales through their App Store so helps us out to buy direct, but we don't really mind ;)

Sorry only just seen this - hope you've sorted it out already, but if not you need to unlock with product key and use the key you would have got on email - that will unlock another 90 days for you.

@Ash Great to see you helping the unfortunate ones. It is a superb initiative. I hope others will follow with similar initiatives.

No one expects your work on Affinity to continue as normal - priorities have shifted dramatically. I too work from home and it certainly is family life re-invented.

Keep well, keep safe, everybody. #stayhome

I gave up using Designer (even for hobby use) - a "professional" vector drawing program without actual vector features. Waiting for five years in vain is more than any company can ask for.

Maybe if Affinity Designer 2.0 gets real and advanced vector features I can it use. Until then... I am a customer, potential upgrader and an active observer with an opinion.

Hi team. Thanks for this amazing suite of applications and the recent updates. You are doing a superb job and it's clear that your user-base deeply appreciates the support.

Your latest offer to Creatives who have not yet discovered your wonderful tools is exemplary and deserves publicity via our social media channels, something I will be doing today on Twitter.

So thanks a heap and stay safe! If we all have to self-isolate and maintain social-distancing for a while, then I cannot think of a better set of apps with which to immerse myself at home.
