Affinity products - Trial - Windows error

Hi there,

I have downloaded the affinity products (publisher, photo and designer) for windows, I installed them, however when I start the program, I get the logo screen and white page... and nothing after that

i am unable to input the serials or anything else, all I have is a blank screen (please refer to the pictures attached).

please advise.

thank you for your help, I uninstalled Duet then installed the affinity product...it worked like a charm.
