I'm drawing on a file with a Wacom intros pro pen, but since the 1.8.1 update the program is freezing after few seconds continuously, and I have to force quit the application, loosing what I have done!

I tried everything, but I can't solve the problem>

Please let me know if there is a solution to this bug.

Thank you

Check to make sure you're using the latest drivers for your tablet, are you using macOS or Windows?

Can you do a quick screen recording showing the issue?

I'm using a MacBook Pro Retina 15' mid 2012 model with MacOs 10.14.6. The drive for the tablet is updated to the last version.

the program freezes while I use the vector brush tool to reproduce a scanned sketch: If I start to draw with the pen on the tablet, after few second or minutes Affinity Designer stop (the spinning color wheel start to rotate and I have to force quit the program).

I'm having the same issue using a Ugee Tablet monitor - works great for a few minutes then either gets stuck in beachball or bombs

Just done a screen recording - locked up after 3 minutes 15 seconds sometimes it autosaves a bit but on the occasion in the screen recording, after force quitting, I was back to the point at the start of the recording - oh well I suppose I'll just have to do a save every 10 strokes  - 1.8.2  didn't seem to have a problem with the last beta???

On the occasion in the recording the curser just locked up (no beachball) just no response
