Mahesh Chincholkar Posted March 17, 2020 Posted March 17, 2020 I was using the trial version of affinity photo & I just purchased the paid version of Affinity Photo(online), and upon entering the product key the program failed to launch.It just shows this blank white screen. I restarted the laptop but that didn't fix the issue. I went through the forum to look for any solution, but as per the solutions given on the forum, I checked my laptop, there aren't any 3rd party application which might cause this issue. So, if someone knows anything about this issue please help me. Its URGENT !! My laptop details : Mac OS Catalina Version 10.15.3 Quote
Staff MEB Posted March 17, 2020 Staff Posted March 17, 2020 Hi Mahesh Chincholkar, Welcome to Affinity Forums Press and hold ctrl while launching the application until a Clear User Data dialog appears. Keep the first three checkboxes ticked only and press the Clear button. Hopefully this should fix the issue. Let us know if you still have trouble. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software

You would use Ctrl, not Cmd, to perform the reset, as MEB indicated above.
