vdamjanovski Posted March 14, 2020 Share Posted March 14, 2020 I updated the apps on my 12” iPad Pro (2nd gen) yesterday, which included the latest update of the Designer and now I have a situation where the Designer icon is dimmed and text “Cleaning” shown under the icon. This never stops, and I can’t start the app. I can’t even uninstall it, as when a press-hold the icon it comes up with options for loading previous drawings, but nothing happens. how do I reset or uninstall the app when there is no option for uninstall or anything similar? thanks for anybody helping. DM1 Posted March 14, 2020 Share Posted March 14, 2020 Do a hard reset on iPad. You won’t lose any data, just clears ram. Press and hold Off switch until slider appears to shut down iPad.
