So it must be related to the inaptitude of user?

Tell it like it is. No pussyfooting around!

Besides of the cat figures in the style menu, Designer refused to startup. Maybe the cause of Friday the 13th?

I very much doubt that Designer’s refusal to start up is the cause of Friday the 13th, and it seems similarly unlikely that today being Friday the 13th is the cause of Designer refusing to start.

Interestingly (well, not really!), the "new" cat shape is in the tools, but the "old" cat shape is still used in the styles tab! 😝

Interestingly (well...), can it vary on different computers? For me, tools and styles contain the same and "new" cat - while only the tool icon seems to honor rather the "old" one. Whereas in the osborne operating system …

Maybe it's different on Windows and MAC?

Sorry if this is a joke I don't like it. It looks unprofessionell.

Have you never heard of "Easter eggs" in software etc? That's what this is. There are also a number of "Easter eggs" in Photoshop and many other "professional" apps! 😉 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Easter_egg_(media))

On my Mac, the Styles panel shows the 'new' cat, not the old one.

Must be a Windows thing (unless it's just something weird about my setup!) 🙂

I see the same as you for the cat styles.

Not to be confused with “vector eggs”! (Just kidding, Paul. I’m well aware that that was simply a typo.)

The detail from the Styles panel was initially posted here. The zoom view happened on my mac for unknown reason, I suspect it's my personal Friday 13th.

Sorry if this is a joke. But honestly I liked mine, the visual association literally forced itself on me with Paul's screenshot.

That is just the standard Cat, with a neon outline and no (or very little) fill. Just like all the others in that screenshot, except they have fills.

It is a completely different shape than the un-zoomed version you show, so I have no idea what's going on.
