robm1538
Every time I try to open up a particular file with Designer it crashes. The file is 206 MB and was working fine until yesterday. I am using Designer 1.8 and have tried to reinstall etc etc. Any advice please? Rob
Staff Sean P Posted March 19, 2020 Staff Share Posted March 19, 2020 Hi Rob, Have you tried to see if the file opens in 1.8.2? If not would it be possible for you to attach a copy of the file to our internal Dropbox account using the link below please?https://www.dropbox.com/request/cQCPuHIeccOSwsdGNQrT
Praxandros
Designer crashes every time I try to export. As soon as press EXPORT, Designer crashes. In Task Manager it is loaded a file named 'crashpad_handler.exe' I am using the latest version installed yesterday. I have tried 'Repair' with NO result. I have tried Uninstall and Reinstall with NO result. Regards It seems that the crash concerns the specific file.

Without that we're unable to investigate your issue.
Praxandros
@Sean P Thank you very much for your reply. The problem was on my specific file. I do not know what, but when I work on other files (new or existing) there was NO PROBLEM. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
