Dan C Posted March 12, 2020 Posted March 12, 2020 Hi artit, Welcome to the forums Sorry to hear you're having trouble, could you please confirm for me: Are you using Mac or Windows? What version of Maintop are you running? What Colour Format/ICC Profile are you using in your document? What are the physical dimensions of your document? Did this work before updating to version 1.8 - or have you only just started using Designer? Thanks in advance! Quote

Dan C Posted March 16, 2020 Posted March 16, 2020 Thanks for confirming that Artit, I've looking into this software and it appears that image formats aren't accepted. Taken from the following link - Quote MainTop DTP V5.3 can direct input PS, EPS and PDF format files Can you please try exporting from Affinity to PDF (for export) and open this file in Maintop - does this document open as expected? BRs, ARTIT I realize this is an old topic but the question and the answer are still of relevance... You can use the .Tif instead of the .Tiff file format. By default Affinity will export .Tiff. All you need to do when exporting the file is to delete the second 'f' in order for Affinity to appreciate that indeed you want to export the file as a .tif... This file will be usable in MainTop RIP Program. Quote
