When trying to open a new file or any file for that matter.  Designer freezes and will not load anything.  Tried re-downloading, also tried opening different page sizes.  Nothing works

Hi tara S,

Have you tried 1.8.2? Is this still an issue for you? If so do you see any crash/error reports appear after trying to run the application? If so could you attach those please? Are you also able to get a screen recording that demonstrates the problem please?
