Franck*70 Posted March 7, 2020 Posted March 7, 2020 Hi, just updated Designer and began simple drawing, whenever I try to use Fill/Gradient it freezes, tried to restart with control pressed and checked ''Clear'' to no avail, help please? Quote
Staff Chris B Posted March 9, 2020 Staff Posted March 9, 2020 Hey Franck*70, welcome to the Affinity Forums. I'm unable to reproduce this crash. Can you provide the exact steps you're taking and let me know what document size you're working on etc? Quote How to format a bug report | Learning Resources | List of V2 FAQs | YouTube Tutorials
Franck*70 Posted March 10, 2020 Author Posted March 10, 2020 8.5 by 11 inches in 300dpi, simple drawing and trying yo use fill/gradient. When I'm done choosing colours and gradient, it froze every time. Solve it by rolling back to version 1.7.3 which is working fine. I shall wait for the next version, maybe it'll work. I can still work bust it's frustrating nonetheless. Quote
Staff Chris J Posted March 10, 2020 Staff Posted March 10, 2020 Hi Franck*70, What version is this happening on? Are you running the beta or Release? Thanks Quote

Staff Chris J Posted March 11, 2020 Staff Posted March 11, 2020 I believe this problem has been fixed. Consider installing the beta to avoid needing to downgrade. Kind Regards Chris Mark Ingram 1 Quote
